The Stricto Sensu Post-Graduation Program was accredited by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Level Personnel - CAPES, with the opening of the Master's degree (2011) and Doctorate (2012) in Oncology, both with a score of four in the first triennial evaluation. Currently, the Program has been reassessed, obtaining concept five. With the progress of the Program, there was a great flow of documents from the enrolled students, graduates, teachers, students of the Lato Sensu Post-Graduation Program in Oncology (accredited by MEC, in partnership with the Barretos School of Health Dr. Paulo Prata - FACISB), as well as the documents of the other researchers and fellows who have registered in the secretariat. Therefore, it was noted the need to make the physical secretariat of the Graduate in a Digital Academic Secretariat - SeAD, to better organize the documents, optimize the physical space and gain time to locate the information. In addition, the advantages of SeAD include: financial savings due to low production of paper and prints, environmental contribution, parameterization of data, information security, as well as guarantee of authenticity and integrity of documents.
