Abstract

The equipment will be used in quantitative PCR, allowing analysis of 384 simultaneos samples. It will be used in virtually all subprojects of the Temático grant. Besides chytrid, iIt also alows experiments with Ranavirus. Finally, it will be used for genotyping the strains collected during the project. (AU)
