The project of the scientific visit of Professor Emanuele Colombo to Brazil, includes several activities in the Campus of USP of Ribeirão Preto: 1) Mini-course on the subject of the correspondence and the letters Indipetae and its several dimensions, to be realized in the Campus of Ribeirão Preto of University of São Paulo, on August (22 and 23, 2017), open to undergraduate and graduate students and professors from USP and other universities present in the city of Ribeirão Preto; 2) working meetings with the researcher responsible, to continue the joint research projects on the subject of Indipetae letters, taking into account projects already carried out in recent years; 3) Working meetings with Prof. Dr. Carlos Zeron (USP), and Prof. Dr. Alcir Pécora (UNICAMP) to follow up, as an organizing committee, the organization of the international congress "Slavery of the Body and Slavery of the Soul", to be held at the Ambrosiana Academy in Milan, Italy, on November 22 and 23, 2017; 4) a working meeting on the genre of epistolary correspondence and the relationship between letters and missionary experience, with the mastermind Marcela Elias Santos (Case Fapesp n.2016 / 07103-8), whose research is based on sources from the epistolary genre (AU)
