Among the therapeutic options for the treatment of early prostate cancer, it highlights the surgical treatment with satisfactory results, achieving results up to 94% cure in cases located. Surgical resection can be achieved by three main approaches, open surgery, laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Many studies have focused on functional and oncological outcomes compared to open surgery with robotic surgery, but here we have to evaluate the degree of induced by the two surgical techniques injury to both dosaremos serum levels of inducing hypoxia factor (HIF1±) tissue necrosis factor alpha (TNF-±) and interleukin-1² as cytokines (IL-1 ²), interleukin -6 (IL-6), interleukin 8 (IL-8) promoter inflammatory activity and IL-4 and IL-10, anti-inflammatory mediators in patients undergoing these two procedures in different surgical times, we will also dosas the creatine kinase (CK), for evaluation of muscle damage.
