The VR should engage and interact directly with the research fronts that deal with the issues that she has been researching and publishing. VR will collaborate to the training of junior researcher team and graduate students, as well as contribute to the internationalization of the project through the following activities: - Monitoring research and participating in seminars and workshops. - Organizing thematic seminars around the themes and theoretical issues addressed by VP' current research. The goal is to circulate empirical, thematic and theoretical references about urban contexts in the global North or other cities in the global South. - Discussing the undergraduate and graduate students' research, participating in their empirical incursions and promoting dialogue with their articles, dissertations and theses. Two graduate students from the University of Oxford will visit São Paulo in early 2017.
