We will use individual and group questionnaires as collection data instruments. The study will be carried out with members who compose the Regional Coordinators of Women concerning domestic and familiar violence from Justice Courts of each region of the country, created by National Justice Council (CNJ initials in portuguese) by the Resolution n. 128, of march 17th, 2011. We understand that, these institutions are not only responsible for the accomplishment of the obligations stipulated by this resolution but they are prime locations to promote programs and actions to guarantee the access to justice to women in their various dimensions as well.
