Annual plan for investment of funds of technical reserves portion for costs of institutional infrastructure for research at the Institute of Chemistry, Unicamp, 2014.

Abstract

The application purposes of the funds provided by FAPESP to support the maintenance of the research infrastrucuture of the Institute of Chemistry at Unicamp was approved by the Institute Congregation on June 16th, 2014, with the following items described: 1 - Maintenance/reparation of the equipment in the instruments rooms; 2 - Transference of the transformer B to substation 1, installation of new electrical switchboards and automatic transfer system; 3 - Disinfestation and cleaning of bibliographic archive, with alternative method, non toxic and integrated pest management (sixty thousand volumes, approximately 50% of the collection); 4 - Installation of fire alarms in Block A-3, A-4 and A-6; 5 - Reforms of waterwork installations and sewage networks of Blocks A, B and D - Old part: executive projects; 6 - Adequacy of Warehouse facilities of IQ: fire-prevention and fire-fighting project; 7 - Maintenance in groups of electricity generators; 8 - Maintenance of fire alarms; 9 - Adequation of the electric network in the study area at the BIQ: added forty-three (43) electrical sockets in two floors; 10 - Readjustment of gas lines (Laboratory of Genetically modified organisms); 11 - Acquisition of 13 (thirteen) distribution switches, accessories and training; 12 - Acquisition of a controller and 70 (seventy) antennas for the wireless network; 13 - Acquisition of a new Backup equipment; 14 - Acquisition of 2 (two) stabilizers: 1 of 50 KVA (Thermal analysis Laboratory) and 1 of 30 KVA (UV-Vis Laboratory); 15 - Acquisition of 2 (two) new systems of water purification: HPLC Laboratory and Central Water; 16 - Acquisition of 11 (eleven) computers for implementation of LIMS system in the instruments rooms; 17 - Acquisition of an activator / deactivator for books, periodicals, CD-ROM, DVD, electrics - electromagnetic technology; 18 - Acquisition of electrical, electronic, hydraulic and refrigeration materials for the workshops; 19 - Acquisition of consumables for institutional equipment; and 20 - Acquisition of SwitchCore adapters.
