Analysis of functional differential equations subject to perturbations

Abstract

This scientific research project focuses on the study of the functional differential equationswith impulses. We intend to establish conditions that ensure existence and uniqueness of periodic solution for a class of retarded differential equations of order n> 1 subject to instant perturbations and also study conditions sufficient to guarantee the existence of anti-periodic solutions for another class of retarded differential equations of order n> 1 with impulses. Furthermore, we will investigate the question of existence and uniqueness of solution to boundary value problems of functional differential equations with discontinuities. The mathematical analysis to be developed will employ techniques of the coincidence degree theory, fixed point theory and generalized differential equations.
