Abstract

This research project has as main object the study of proposals that have been made and implemented from the year 2000 by government agencies, with the support of other social institutions in preventing school violence and coping with conflicts in school. The methodology will be a bibliographical and documentary research. The bibliographical research will address theoretical analyses of books, theses, dissertations and journal articles that make a reflection on the theme; the documentary research will focus the principles and references that guide the Government proposals, connecting them to the political, economic and social context.The main issues that the project brings are: a) what principles and how to present the proposals for combating school violence and conflicts in the school developed mainly from the year 2000 the political, social and economic context the current; b) what is the meaning of the same in terms of a reflection on the youth and education policies primarily in terms of a proposition role and participation and citizen, criticized young people who attend the schools; c) what is the meaning of "integration and inclusion of youth", usually presented as a solution to avoid conflict and crime and how this is reflected in the proposals made.
