Abstract
The research interest is centered on the Statistical Mechanics and Thermodynamics of Many-Body Systems far away-from equilibrium., consisting into the study of foundations, formalisms and methods associated to these disciplines and the applications to the study of physical properties of semiconductors in electronic and opto-electronic devices (ultrafast phenomena and macro to nano dimensions) when in conditions of high excitation. At the moment the main lines of research are: 1. Mesoscopic Hydro-Thermodynamics (classical and quantical) and 2. Topics in Magnonics. (AU)
