Validity evidence and informatization of an instrument for school childrena attention assessment


Assessing attention in school children has been a challenge for researchers interested in understanding how that process is related to learning. This research aims to review psychometric qualities of a specific instrument to assess attention and afterwards, to computerize and reassess it. Material to be used is the Attention Investigation List (RIA). Results will be statistically analyzed to fulfill the aims of the study. It is hoped that results of this research may help other researches concerned to assessment instruments that are suited to Brazilian reality. (AU)
