Abstract

Dra Fiona Bath-Hextall will collaborate with the EERP/USP as follow: Administration of two lectures, called: "Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI)/The University of Adelaide" and "Evidence-Based Practice: The importance and utilization on Nursing and postgraduation courses". Total workload: 3 hours (1 hour and 30 minutes/each); Participation in the discipline ERM 5784 - Discourse Analysis: theoretical and methodological contributions to the Health Research and Nursing, offered by the Public Health Nursing Postgraduate Program. Theme to be presented: "Cochrane: Protocols and the process of submission of scientific studies. Total workload: 2 hours; Participation in meetings of GEOTB research group in order to discuss and analyses ways to work in the research called: "Directly Observed Treatment: evaluation of the transfer of this Health Policy in some Brazilian municipalities in South, Southeast, Northeast and North regions"; Participation in video-conference to be held with the follow universities: UFPB, UFSCar, UNIRIO. Participation in meetings with teachers and researchers from EERP/USP in order to design and develop workshops and courses that will be performed on subsequent visits. Interinstitutional mobility of students, researchers and teachers will be also discussed; Administration of the course: "Systematic Review of the Literature: standards, PICO structure, search strategies, critical evaluation of evidence and research bias", to be performed on two consecutive days. Total workload: 5 hours (2 hours and 30 minutes/each day); Participation in meetings with representatives of the School of Nursing/USP (São Paulo Campus) and representatives of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) for establishment of new activities and partnerships; Research consultancy to guide the student Rarianne Carvalho Peruhype (Phd student - Public Health Nursing) in designing and developing research and scientific articles writing.
