Abstract
This project is related to the visit of Prof. Dr. R Peter Shellis, University of Bristol, and editor of scientific journal "Caries Research" from 2000 to 2009. The visit of Prof. Shellis involves presentations for the students of the Program of Post-Graduation in Dentistry, FOP-UNICAMP, as well as conference for the whole scientific community of FOP and other institutions of the state of SP. Discussions will also be held with the professors of the Cariology area for cooperation in research projects involving chemistry of dental caries and studies on erosion. In addition, due to the great experience of Prof. Shellis as editor of Caries Research, one of the most renowned journals in the area of Cariology, it is also scheduled a lecture on this matter for the whole scientific community of FOP.
