Visit of Dr. John Ingram Pitt from Food Science Australia - Australia

Abstract

Dr. Pitt is an authority on fungi and mycotoxins in foods. The objectives of his visit are: i) to continue the research projects on: fungi, mycotoxins in coffee and cocoa, fungi identification, visiting farms and meetings. Besides that the Workshop on Fungi and Mycotoxins in food will be carried out for the public and private sectors, it will have a multiplier effect on Food Mycology knowledge and application in Brazil.
