The main objective of this Project are design and mountain the experimental set up of the Digital Holographic Microscopy of Polarization in order to study the dynamic polymerizations of the hemoglobin, for scientific interest to visualization 3D of the blood cells in patients with "drepanotiticos" in normal state and during the treatment. Through of this research we intend get knowledge about the characteristics of the blood cells in this patients through the evolution of the molecular polymerization process of the hemoglobin S, with the different optical density of this cells e their correlation of the clinical state of the patient. For this propose it is necessary to built the system of the Digital Holography Microscopy of Polarization (AU)
