Abstract

Theoretical and experimental bases of a differential admittance spectroscopy (DAS) and a photodifferential admittance spectroscopy (PDAS) of Deep levels (DL) on thin semiconductor layers are proposed to be elaborated. It is supposed to investigate the DX Center in epitaxial structures such as GaAs and AlGaAs multiquantum well grown by MBE. (AU)
