This research project aims to discuss and analyze the conflict in the school routine, the main concern is the increasing criminalization of such conflicts and the legalization of the relationships in the school conducts. The discussion about the boundaries between incivility as opposed to the concept of violence and crime are aspects to be treated both as to the legislation in a historical perspective. Such limits may contribute to the definition of referrals of conflict situations at school that actually clearing the school should refer to organs such as the Child Protection Agency and police stations and that it is pedagogical issue that the school is able to instruct and to reaffirm its role as educator. Objectives - Make a historical analysis of the conceptualization of violence and crime related to the school environment.- Analyze the official documents, federal and state of São Paulo, in the last decade, which refer to the norms of actions that relate to the issue of preventing disciplinary action related to school violence.- Search from directors and teachers of the schools about what they consider part of the school to be able and what must to be sent to police agencies and Guardian Councilto solve. Methods and research techniques:- Bibliographic research -documents, newspapers, magazines, photos, stories.-Field research using the technique of focus groups with principals and teachers from selected schools.
