Abstract

The present project aims the inquiry of the implementation of a collaborative consultative program in a public school at Bauru. The matter about school inclusion is not whether we are against or in behalf of having a special need student in a regular classroom, we've already overcome this kind of discussion, school inclusion is an undefeated right. Currently the discussions are pointed in how to construct an inclusive school that guarantees access, permanence and, mainly, learning to all its pupils. Inclusive school is the one that receives the diversity and promotes the development respecting peculiarities of each one. Thus, one of the priority problems for the research on the thematic of school inclusion has been how to offer to the school orientation team and to the specialized technical support ways to qualify the developed pedagogical work in the common schools, in order to serve the needs of all of the pupils. Considering the formation in service, focused in each school, presents in current time as one of the best strategies of continued formation, this project has the objective to implement a program of collaborative consultative with sights to the construction of an inclusive school; evaluate the performance of the pupils before and after the intervention and the satisfaction of the school team. The research methodology will be a study of case centered in the research-action-collaborative perspective with the proposal of an intervention carried through an elementary public school in Bauru. Aiming a broad amplitude and visibility for the analysis of the process, the data will be collected using the following instruments: 1) structuralized questionnaire and half-structuralized interview with the school team at the beginning of the research; 2) application of the TDE - Test of School Performance with the pupils from the first cycle of elementary education, at the beginning; 3) videotaping, during the process 4) daily register of intervention, during the process, and; 5) evaluation of the social validity with new application of the same instruments of the beginning of the research. This proposal has intention to comprehend and to surpass the concrete problems of elementary education, over all in aspects regarding to school inclusion of pupil with special need in regular education, aiming to develop innovative pedagogical experiences that can bring immediate benefits to the school, since in other realities these initiatives had satisfactory impacts.
