Responses of a ruziziensis grass nitrogen in soil from the annual crop tillage system

Abstract

Ruziziensis grass has been touted as ideal for intercropping with winter corn in succession after cultivation of soy, but aspects of its nutrition is still unknown when used in this practice. In this context aim will be to determine the influence of residual N of annual crop (soybean) in ruziziensis grass and the influence of nitrogen fertilizer, used in maize, the planting and in coverage, nutritional characteristics, morphogenic, physiological and productive ruziziensis grass and it was hypothesized that the residual N, the soybean, is sufficient to suppress the nutritional requirements of ruziziensis grass during its establishment and development in areas that culture and that the nitrogen is used in cultivation of maize, Influences Nutrition and morpho-physiological aspects of this grass. The experiment will be installed in a greenhouse with soil from the area of soybean in no-tillage system. Treatments shall be a 2x4 factorial, where two N levels (0 and 15 mg dm-3) will be applied at planting of ruziziensis grass and four levels of nitrogen will be applied at (0, 15, 30 and 45mg dm-1) is that they correspond to those used for the supply of N at planting and seeding season maize in succession to soybean. Will be assessed the nutritional, morphogenetic, physiological and productive ruziziensis grass. Statistical analysis initially will take place and then the F test analysis of regression. (AU)
