Effect of nafphthaleneacetic acid, calcium chloride and management post-harvest in the reduction of the grape losses Niagara Rosada and Centennial Seedless in different wine-growing areas of the State of São Paulo.


The losses of current grapes of the post-harvest abscission in the pré and powder-crop are important, should be looked for alternatives to minimize those losses. With that purpose, this research project has for objective to evaluate the effects of the nafphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and of the CaCl2 and in the reduction of the losses for post-harvest abscission in vine for table Niagara Rosada and Centennial Seedless, in the areas east, Southwest and northwest of the State of São Paulo. Each experiment will consist of a factorial 4x2, willing to the maybe, with 5 repetitions, being the treatments represented by 4 doses of NAA, to 0; 50; 100 and 150mg.L-1, associated or not to the CaCl2, to 10g.L-1. The applications of the NAA will be accomplished one day before the crop, and of the CaCl2, in the beginning of the maturation of the grapes. After the crop, they will be appraised the fresh mass, length and width of the bunches and berries, the berries number for bunch, the % of post-harvest abscission, the incidence of rottenness, the tenor of total soluble solids, the pH, the acidity, the coloration of the peel and and the resistance of the pulp to the penetration. The coming bunches of the different treatments will also be stored under condition it adapts (23-25 °C/70-85% UR) for 3-5 days, or under refrigeration (0-2 °C/85-95% UR) for 21 days, followed for transfer for condition to adapt for more 3-5 days, being appraised after these periods the same variables powder-crops accomplished in the occasion of the crop. Of that it sorts things out, the evaluations powder-crop will be repeated to the 3-5, 21 and 26 days after the crop in bunches submitted to different storage conditions. It is also intended to evaluate in you cultivate them Niagara Rosada and Centennial Seedless the effect of different doses of UV-C and of flexible films in the conservation powder-crop of the grape.
