Optimal control of nonlinear systems


In this project we propose to study three classes of control problems, which are optimal multprocesses , impulsive control and applications of the control theory to precision agriculture. More precisely, we intend to obtain necessary optimality conditions for 1) multiprocesses with mixed constraints and 2) impulsive control problems. We also want to study and propose a novel dynamical model for studying the weed-crop interaction to optimize the herbicide application not only in one, but also along N seasons. (AU)
