The stability of the joint bolted, region of the interface among implant/ abutment/ screw, has been studied in function of the frequent complications as the constant loosening and breakings of the abutment screws. Although there are studies that investigate the joint bolted composed for metallic components, few are the studies that analyze this region when composed for metal free elements. Currently, due to the increasing aesthetic necessity of the final treatment, the use of metal free components becomes a requirement, not only for the patients, but also for the dental market. The Zirconium, biocompatible and resistant material, considered for some as the white metal, became an excellent option of choice. Thus, the aim of this study is to evaluate the stability of the joint bolted measured for the values of detorque, after procedure of torque and retorque of the abutment screws, followed cyclic loading. Another aim is to evaluate the marginal vertical fitting between abutment and the implant, immediately after the torque and retorque of the screw, comparing with the values gotten after the cyclic loading.
