Evaluation of the influence of environmental and chemical factors in parameters linked to the reproduction of mice

Abstract

The present project seeks to evaluate the influence of environmental and chemical factors on parameters associated with the reproduction of mice. To this end, 4 sub-projects form the basis of this request within our line of research into the toxicology of reproduction: 1) effect of post-natal exposure to astemizole in sexual parameters of the offspring of female mice; 2) effects of the perinatal exposure to picrotoxine in sexual parameters of the offspring of female mice: biochemical and behavioral evaluation; 3) effect of the exposure to phenvalerate in the ante- and postnatal period on the sexual differentiation of the brain in sexual parameters of the offspring of female mice; 4) effects of maternal postnatal exposure to lead in sexual parameters of the offspring of male mice.
