Abstract

With the aim of positioning itself as a credit engine and facilitator of rural credit analysis and granting operations, this project intends to carry out marketing actions through digital channels, such as the website and social networks, with the help of paid advertisements when necessary. The commercial strategy involves offering the product in a segmented way, and access to the market will be done through a strategy of outsourcing prospecting and spreading the solution, with the help of a consulting company specialized in the agricultural sector. The project involves several marketing activities, including brand positioning review, brand registration, collateral design, website redesign and construction of a landing page. In addition, digital channels such as social networks and Google Business will be used to increase the company's visibility. The sales process will follow a customer journey, including prospecting stages, qualification of interest, commercial presentation, proposal submission, demonstration and contract closing. Product pricing offers two contracting options to meet different customer demands. Based on a quarterly schedule, developed to guide commercial actions, we will monitor the actions of the consulting company in the agricultural sector, with Stracta Consultoria being considered the most suitable due to its experience, focus on startups and affordable cost. Finally, SIGRIA plans to develop a landing page and a mobile application, seeking the support of companies specialized in this type of development, with emphasis on Lonewolf Corp, which presented the best budget and the best delivery times.
