DE&I as a Service: analytics platform for corporate diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) diagnose


This research aims to analyze the technical-scientific feasibility of a SAAS - Software as a Service platform for the diagnosis and management of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion metrics for organizations in the corporate market. The objective is to develop software that can connect metrics of equity, diversity and inclusion in different social categories and different stakeholders, to the growth, performance and returns on investments of organizations. This research intends to address a problem common to the People and Human Resources sectors, with regard to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in the company, namely, the concern with socio-environmental responsibility, ethnic-racial and gender equity, the inclusion of people with disabilities and respect for LGBTQIA+ people in its staff, suppliers, customers and board of investors - in view of the current concerns with the management of diversity and social impact within the scope of the different areas of ESG (Environmental , Social and Governance) an acronym that corresponds to an organization's environmental, social and governance practices. Interdisciplinary technical and scientific resources will be identified, tested and validated, through a methodology that integrates the knowledge of Anthropology, Software Engineering, Data Sciences and Product Design. It is expected that the results can contribute from the point of view of innovation, through the delivery of a tool that helps organizations, when identifying organizational problems with regard to gender and ethnic racial equity, issues related to the LGBTQIA+ public and capacitism , can diagnose and monitor transformation actions in this scenario, being able to create roadmaps for the change process with a focus on the most critical themes pointed out in the platform, and implementation, enjoy the high performance and satisfaction of employees and customers as a result of the commitment to Diversity goals , Equity and Inclusion - DE&I, multistakeholder.
