Abstract

EApproachS-Carga24h is a 360° digital platform with the purpose of integrating shippers, carriers and costumers, in a collaborative and safe environment, connecting only accredited drivers and couriers directly to transport demands, whatever their volume or weight, including products related to e-commerce or last mile. The Dashboard is logged from a WEB environment, constituting a simple and functional front end, fully synchronized with the Carga24h App, available for Android and iPhone devices. With this communication device, it is possible to interact in real time, allowing the traceability of the cargo, the recording of events from contracting to delivery, dealings in case of occurrences, in addition to exclusive access to BOSCH Vehicle Assistance services, available on a trial basis. With the investments foreseen in the scope of this Notice, new functionalities will be incorporated in order to meet market demands and provide the scalability of the system, whose development and innovation activities will be carried out by the company's team of researchers, with the support of a software house and 2 professionals to be hired within the scope of this project to compose the team. The MVP, which serves both B2B and e-commerce or B2C logistics, follows the concept where two or more shippers can share their demands, considering equivalent routes, including reverse logistics. In addition to contracting and registering events from the App, payment of freight or delivery charges can be made through the platform itself, or directly by shippers to carriers or deliverers, avoiding additional agency costs. In the scope of this project, the integration with fintechs is foreseen, with the purpose of speeding up and reducing financial costs in the anticipation of receivables. As a competitive differentiator, in addition to direct and secure contracting of freight, the EApproachS-Carga24h platform allows: making use of configurable freight tables or deliveries; integration with ERP/POS of customers (Shippers and Carriers) and partners (Marketplaces, Insurance Companies, Risk Managers, Roadside Assistance and Fintechs); customizations to better adapt to the customers' logistics model; freight offers without the need for pre-arrangement and waste of time looking for the right vehicle; shared environment for better use of the vehicles' load capacity; reverse logistics with scheduled returns; and real-time optimization and routing, which will be improved in the scope of this project. At Carga24h, customers will only pay for the volume of cargo contracted by the platform, regardless of the freight or product value. The contracting rate is fixed and regressive: the greater the potential of the customer in its monthly volume of cargo, the lower the contracting rate. Drivers and couriers do not pay for using the App, only for joining optional services, such as 24-hour Assistance, which in the scope of this project will become more agile and secure. The System was developed using state-of-the-art languages. Demands can be launched by Api's (Application Programming Interface), data import or manual inclusion. Registered and validated demands are synchronized for viewing by the App's of Users who have active registrations and who have the capacity and parameters compatible with the product to be transported. In addition, Users will receive push notification alerts depending on their geolocation. The action radius for the alerts starts from a minimum relative distance between the User and the collection point, being expandable up to a certain maximum distance. In this way, the contracting is safe, simple, fast and, in the scope of this project, it will be automatically conditioned to risk management, thus speeding up the registration of loads. (AU)
