Abstract

Pedagogical Counseling is a recent professional activity, born from the need to qualify university education and promote spaces for teacher professional development. University teaching is based on the emphasis on research activities, which makes it distance itself from the didactic-pedagogical dimension that underlies this profession, causing gaps between the generation of teachers and that of students in higher education courses. In this movement of didactic-pedagogical training resides the Pedagogical counseling, whose functions unfold in different themes of performance. However, in the context of the SARS-COVID pandemic19, this epistemological field in which the Pedagogical counseling is inserted, that is, the field of University Pedagogy, faced with several requests for action, ranging from the construction of virtual training spaces for meet the urgent demand to offer quality education in remote regimes, how to follow up on emerging themes, such as pedagogical training based on concepts related to permanent development, pedagogical innovation and curricular innovation, meeting the needs of students and teachers. The objective of the research is to systematize the concepts and practices of International University Pedagogical Counseling to identify the singularities and synchronicities of these experiences in order to determine the fundamental elements in the training process proposed by the pedagogical counseling, thus valuing these experiences, in order to integrate institutions and institutions. Researchers from these countries, disseminating them and consolidating these training spaces that are the University Pedagogical Advisors. (AU)
