Abstract
This infrastructure proposal has 3 sub-projects involving demands for the support of research activities in our Institute. These sub-projects have general and specific goals with great impact on several research activities in the Institute: (1) Infrastructure improvements in (1) Applied Physics Department, (2) Condensed Matter Physics Department, (3) IFGW High performance computing-Data Center. It is important to emphasize, however, that most of the funds for this project are secured as IFGW contribution for the creation of a Multiuser Laboratory for Electronic Microscopy, in a project presented to CTA-Fapesp, currently under evaluation.
