Annual Plan for Application of the Technical Reserve Installment for Institutional Infrastructure Costs for Research: Update and optimization of antenna testing facilities, repair of multi-user equipment and acquisition of new equipment

Abstract

NPE's Annual Plan of Implementation of the Technical Reserve for Institutional Infrastructure Costs Research Reserve foresees application in 8 subprojects:1. COLIT and CGCEA - UPDATE AND OPTIMIZATION OF INTEGRATION AND TESTING LABORATORY ANTENNA FACILITIES2. COCTE2.1. LABAS - RECOVERY AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT2.2. LABAC - LABORATORIAL IMPROVEMENT FOR SCIENTIFIC VIEWING OF INPE SPACE PLASMS2.3. LABAP - EQUIPMENT REPAIR: TRIBOMETER PIN ON DISK2.4. LABCP - ACQUISITION OF MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT AND PERFORMANCE SERVICES FOR CURRENT SURVEYS3. CGOBT / LabISA - ACQUISITION OF AQUATIC SYSTEM INSTRUMENTATION LABORATORY EQUIPMENT4. CGETE - Acquisition of Equipment for the Surface Treatment Sector5. COCST5.1. STUDY OF THE VERTICAL STRUCTURE OF THE AMAZON BIOME FROM "LIDAR" DATA5.2. SENSOR REPAIRItem 1 is linked to the General Coordination of Space and Atmospheric Sciences (CGCEA) and the Integration and Testing Laboratory (LIT) for their participation in the FAPESP 2014 / 07885-0 project (The BINGO Telescope Radio). Items 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 refer to the needs of the Center for Special Technologies (COCTE), divided into four laboratories, whose members request most of the resources in this project to repair equipment obtained from FAPESP resources. Item 3 refers to the acquisition of new equipment for the General Coordination of Earth Observation (CGOBT), but has several previous results obtained with FAPESP resources. Item 4 was requested by the General Coordination of Space Engineering and Technology, contemplating the acquisition of equipment for the surface treatment laboratory. Items 5.1 and 5.2, requested by the Center for Earth System Sciences (COCST) include the acquisition and repair of equipment. (AU)
