Abstract

The FAPESP Institutional Technical Reserve has contributed substantially to the progress of research and advances in knowledge, as well as to the establishment of research groups that can only prosper with resources from funding agencies. Considering the characteristics of this resource, that is, support for the improvement of the collective research infrastructure, this Application Plan is the result of a joint analysis carried out by researchers who generated the RTI resources for FCA, within a perspective of use in network or benefiting as many researchers as possible.
