Annual plan for application of RTI 2018 and 2019 share in costs related to institutional research infrastructure

Abstract

In this proposal, it was requested and accepted the joint use of FAPESP 2018 and 2019 institutional technical reserve (RTI) resources, which were transferred to the Center for Engineering, Modeling and Applied Social Sciences (CECS). The combination of RTI-FAPESP resources made available for the 2017 base year 2017 CECS is R$ 170,590.82, and 2019 base year 2018, in the amount of R $ 84,584.55. This merger was made with the prior approval of FAPESP and totaled R $ 255,175.55. The RTI 2018 and 2019 features included various items such as the installation of air conditioning in various laboratories, the purchase of gas, regulators and gas cylinders, exhaust hood systems, electrical transformer, laboratory accessory equipment. In addition, software upgrades and maintenance of equipments and liquid helium were requested. In this context, a survey of the demand and classification of the demands of the infrastructures requested by the CECS researchers was carried out. From this analysis, 16 subprojects were classified, 14 of them to attend about 23 CECS laboratories and 2 subprojects to meet the demands of the Multiplan Experimental Center. from UFABC. Therefore, in this proposal, they propose to execute the amount of R $ 254,451.31 out of the total of R $ 255,176.37 available for RTI 2018 and 2019. (AU)
