International consortium for the study of serum extracellular vesicles during early embryonic development of livestock animals

This exchange proposal aims to develop an international research group in the area of reproductive biotechnologies. Studies in circulating extracellular vesicles contents and early embryonic development are the main goal and target of this group, specifically in domestic livestock species. The exchange activities will allow the interaction between the groups from University of Sao Paulo and Texas A&M University, thus providing great opportunity to enhance the results from current projects and develop the foundation to elaborate on novel and transformative research for the future. The researchers involved in this proposal are highly collaborative, experts in their field and diverse in their approaches to science. Thus, the expected results of this proposal will be in developing an international collaboration focused on the development of the knowledge related to the role of circulating extracellular vesicles during early embryonic development in livestock. The proposal will provide the foundation for future grant proposal, collaborations, student/scholar exchange and high impact science. (AU)
