West Gondwana assembly: paleogeographic and tectonic evolution and environmental implications

Abstract

The proposal concerns paleomagnetic and rock magnetic studies on Ediacaran successions (600-542 Ma) form the Rio de La Plata craton in order to better constrain its paleogeographic evolution and its relation with South American and African cratons during the West Gondwana assembly. (AU)
