Abstract

The proposed programme focus on demonstrating the applicability of innovative time-lapse geoelectrical methods as a non-invasive tool for measuring key hydrogeological parameters at relevant scales for catchment-based water resource management. More specifically, through a programme of exchange activities, workshops and field demonstrations, the programme will investigate the feasibility of constraining aquifer storage properties and porosities and monitor hydrodynamic processes such as groundwater recharge on a relevant scale for integration into numerical groundwater & surface water flow models.
