Abstract
The current project focuses on teacher training, in scope of initial training developed by the Educational College of Campinas' State University (UNICAMP) and of continued training, in context of the Elementary School's first years, implemented by state and county web in Campinas. The research raises the following study questions: How are outlined the conceptions and practices of initial and continued teacher training? Which are the traveled tracks by the academic production in the scope of (auto)biographical's narrative approaches driven to the teacher training practices? Which are the possible contributions about the elaboration and sharing of (auto)briographical's narrative in the context of initial and continued teacher training? The methodological proposal includes: a) Inventory of practices, memories and politics of teachers' training; b) Implementation of training practices, substantiated in the (auto)biographical's narrative approach; c) Development of researches' actions within the acting of graduate and postgraduate's students, and teachers of Elementary School; d) Academic production studies and f) fortification of interinstituitional interchange between the Group of Studies and Researches in Continued Education (UNICAMP), the Education Voices' Group (FFP/UERJ) and the Group of Research and Teacher Professionalization and Narrative's Identity on First Person (UFPel). Seeks out, in that way, to contribute in the construction of spaces where the experiences of life production, educative and school practice are rebuild through narratives, generating new knowledge and training.Key-words: initial teacher training; continued training; Pedagogy course; narratives; (auto)biographical approach.
