Abstract

Child's health is one of the aims of sustainable development, public politics are directed to child protection practice. Child development and growth phase in the early years of life are important stages to achieve better potential for a health life. Considering the preterm with greater vulnerability for the biological factors and social and environmental risks, actions aimed to protect and maximize their potential are relevant to ensure their motor marks during development time. Practices collaborate with informations that can provide the caregiver's empowerment, related to the child's care, consolidated with better results to the child's development. Incidence of chronicle morbidity that involves slow growth and delay in neurodevelopment in preterm grows followed by the increase of the child's survival. Therefore, new strategies and actions for the longitudinal sector during home period of the preterm, they safeguard, among other factors, better life quality and social inclusion. Hospital assistance for the preterm is consisted in a specialized service and well structured, assuring the best care to these children. Nowadays the biggest challenge is the following home period. As strategy to answer the preterm post hospital time, our study aims to implement new practices integrated to the child's health, that initiates with a instrument (an mobile application) interactive, easy handling and understanding to the caregiver. The mobile application, named "Universo Prematuro", will give informations, a channel to solve doubts, bring professionals and caregiver closer and the empowerment of the caregiver from the child's protection to the development in the early two years of life, which will allow the better motor development and child physical growth.
