Abstract

The synthesis process of metallic nanoparticles from intermetallic alloys and compounds doped with magnetic impurities using the Laser Ablation method is really promising. The IR Laser required for such technique is crucial to develop the studies of the magnetic nanoparticles in nanometric scale for samples that cannot obtained using standard chemical synthesis routes.
