Abstract

The present application is intended to enable the visit of the Researcher Dr. Jeronimo C. Ruiz, Principal Researcher of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (RENE RACHOU Institute - IRR, Belo Horizonte, MG) to the School of Dentistry of Araraquara - FOAr UNESP to enable collaboration in the Bioinformatics area of 4 main projects (and others related) of the Responsible Researcher Dr. Raquel M.Scarel-Caminaga; in addition to other projects of professors from the Campus of Araraquara of UNESP (Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioprocess Engineering and Bioengineering and Institute of Chemistry). In the schedule of the visit are lectures on the importance and applicability of Bioinformatics for Health Sciences, a Postgraduate Course for qualification in Basic Principles of Bioinformatics, work meetings to develop the projects mentioned in this proposal, in addition to meetings scheduled with other researchers interested in implementing new partnerships with the Visiting Researcher group.
