The agreement with the Instituto de Estudos de Saúde Suplementar (IESS), a non-profit organization settled in São Paulo, aims at establishing the conditions for selecting and supporting scientific and technological cooperative research, in order to: a) help build scientific expertise and technology; b) promote scientific production on relevant topics to the sustainability of Supplementary Health; c) promote the dissemination of knowledge and d) generate results which potentially could lead to applications in areas of interest of both institutions. Research shall be carried out by investigators from higher education and / or research institutions, public or private, in the State of São Paulo.
